There is a Khols behind my apartment. Please use the restroom before your appointment. ) APPOINTMENT ADDRESS📍 • The Address will be sent out on the second confirmation you receive 24 hours before your appointment. Please check your email :) DEPOSIT 💰 A $10 NONREFUNDABLE is required for all clients even veterans/returners. No DEPOSIT no appointment. The deposit will be paid after you choose a day & time. THE REMAINING AMOUNT IS TO BE IN CASH ONLY. FEE’S $15 CASH FEE is required after the 10 minute grace period. No call No shows will be considered a canceled appointment $55% percent of your remaining balance will be paid. LASH POLICIES. PLEASE PLEASE READ. 🎀 Come ready with CLEAN lashes. Free from debris especially lash glue. Lash glue on eyelids will be result in a $10 up charge. If a lash bath is needed you can request one - I do not provide free lash baths. With lash extensions an allergic reaction is a possibility. If you have any irritation or an allergic reaction go to the hospital. Please wear your MASK if you’ve been around anyone with a cold. If you aren’t feeling good DO NOT come to your appointment. Reschedule. Please do not book on days with special events or flights in case of any push back or cancellation ( you will be compensated:) ) If you’re going to be late text me. I charge a 55% cancellation fee for any-no shows or cancellations within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
